According to, AzCentral.com Phoenix based AFS Technologies inc acquires Texas-based IRM Corp. and Beverly Hills and Calif.-based Motek Information Systems Inc.
To help fund its growth, AFS raised $13 million in private equity and closed on a $25 million credit facility. The firm used some of the money to buy IRM and Motek, and to pay off existing debt.
